  • What is the price?

    This is a great question! The price for what? Losing 20lbs in 12 weeks? Getting your first pull-up? Working with a personal trainer? Standard pricing is the result of a “cookie-cutter” approach to health, which is not the best approach. We create a personal plan for you, and depending on what’s in that plan determines the price. Just like when you go to the doctor—the doctor could prescribe a lot or a little, impacting the price. We take the time to make sure your plan will get you results! The pricing is a result of your plan. 

  • Can I just do group classes / personal training?

    Another great question. Short answer: yes, if this is what is best for you! During your consultation, our staff will determine what is the best plan for you. We believe our workouts are just ONE PART of the overall plan to get you your results, which is why we want to have a conversation first about the other things in your life impacting your health (nutrition, steps, stress, sleep, hydration, etc).

  • When is your gym open? What is your schedule?

    Believe it or not, our gym is open 24/7. We want to give you every possible chance of success, which is why most of our personal plans come with 24/7 access to the facility. Our class schedule can be found here
